Interior

The cabin of the truck was its major downside. First of all, the quality of the materials was not so fine. Owners of Chevy trucks used to much higher level. Also, interior layout was awkward, although it was comfortable and there was room for six passengers. Now, the 2021 Chevrolet Avalanche must not repeat the same mistakes. Cloth or even leather could be standard. The GM won’t go so far by adding a navigation. Furthermore, Avalanche truck is getting power-adjustable seats, standard in all Chevy pickups.

2021 Chevrolet Avalanche Heavy-Duty Truck

Chevrolet and General Motors are bringing back the chassis cab pickup trucks for 2019. Already next year, or in the following season, its entry-level Silverado 4500 HD could change its name into Kodiak. The same is possible with Silverado 2500. Avalanche used to be available in two types. Standard Avalanche 1500 was a half-ton truck. Its bigger version came as Avalanche 2500 3/4-ton pickup. Since there is no need for another truck, we don’t know where the new one could be slotted. Smaller than Colorado, or between it and Silverado 1500 does not guarantee success. Special performance-oriented models are there as ZR2 trims. So, rebadging of the Silverado 2500 could be a reasonable option.

Also, the new generation of Silverado 1500 will use a 3.0-liter Duramax turbo-diesel unit with 250 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque.
