This version features a 2.4-liter engine, which is good for 125 horses and 155 pound-feet of torque. Pretty much all engines could be paired with either manual or automatic transmission.

Isuzu D-Max next-generation model
As we already mentioned, the company works on the next-generation model, which will most likely come as a 2020-year model. Also, it is important to mention that the new Mazda BT-50 will be based on a new version of this truck. Moreover, latest reports suggest that the new BT-50 will be pretty much a re-badged version of the new D-Max. It will feature completely the same chassis, body, and engines. Expect also a completely identical styling and interior design. These two trucks will be coming out from the same Isuzu’s assembly in Thailand.
