Still, the F-350 model will obtain new exterior colors and optional appearance packages. That, both exterior and interior will gain mid-cycle refreshments. Nothing will change under the hood, so the performances will remain the same. Complete Super Duty lineup of trucks will hit the markets this summer, although this is still not official.

Astonishing Towing Capacity

As we said, nothing will change in terms of performance. Thanks to that, the 2022 Ford F-350 will once again offer a standard 6.2-liter V8 engine. This gasoline unit delivers 385 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque. The first optional choice is a larger 7.3-liter V8 engine. It is another gasoline variant with 430 hp, and it is the most potent gasoline engine in the heavy-duty segment.

There is a 6.7-liter turbodiesel engine. It is a familiar Power Stroke output that produces 475 horsepower and up to 1050 lb-ft of twists. The F-350 truck offers a standard rear-wheel-drive setup, while the four-wheel-drive system will be optional again. All Super Duty trucks are available with a 6-speed and 10-speed automatic transmission. Your F-350 truck will offer 37,000 pounds of towing capacity if you opt for a diesel fifth-wheel, engine, and gooseneck hitch.

Ford F-350 Gets Minor Facelift and New Appearance Packages

The upcoming 2022 Ford F-350 comes with another mid-cycle facelift. Visually, we don’t expect significant upgrades, but some novelties are about to happen. Of all, the front fascia comes with a slightly modified grille and headlights. Ford will introduce new Atlas Blue exterior color, which is great. On top of that, the Blue Oval manufacturer will add new appearance packages. From now on, you can get the Lariat Sport appearance package.

This package offers the same bumpers, grilles, mirrors, and some other exterior features like the Lariat trim level. Black running boards are on offer and the F-350 truck will sport additional chrome accents. The Black Appearance package is now available on lower-grade trim levels, such as XLT. Previously, this package was available on the Lariat trim level and higher. You will get blacked-out exterior features, black 20-inch wheels, and body-colored features if you choose the Black Appearance package.
